Where We Ship

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and many more. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day of being placed (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Major cities: 2–3 working days
Other cities and towns: 3–5 working days
Remote areas: 5–7 working days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays outside of our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Current rates and any ongoing free shipping promotions will be displayed before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to track your delivery with our courier partner.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery is unsuccessful on both attempts, your order may be returned to us. In this case, please contact us to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours. We'll investigate immediately and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
